Registration
You need to register if you want to use GfK StudyShop to order studies. Registration is free of charge.
All the required data must be submitted during the registration, since in case of incomplete registration GfK Hungária reserves the right to exclude the registering entity from the online services.
You can send orders immediately after your registration, but the studies can only be downloaded when your registration has been confirmed via an e-mail message (within two workdays after sending it to us).
Orders, Purchases
A few minutes after placing the order, you will be sent a confirmation of the order via e-mail. The ordered studies are delivered to you on a CD within three workdays to the address you give during the registration. (by courier service to Budapest, and postal service to the country.)
If the study you order is downloadable, you will also get a download code in the confirmation message with the help of which you can download the ordered study. Your study will be sent to you on a CD in this case as well.
When a study is ordered both in Hungarian and English at the same time, you will be charged for only one of them.
Copyright protection
The studies downloaded from the StudyShop of GfK Hungária Kft. (1132, Budapest, Visegrádi u. 31.) constitute the sole intellectual property of the Institute, and Users do not obtain the property rights of the studies with the purchase. Accordingly, they cannot use, reproduce, distribute, sell, or publish them without the specific written consent of the Institute, and can solely use them within their own work organisations.
Effectuation of Payment
Please be advised that in cases when the total consideration of the service is not paid in full within 15 days of the receipt of the invoice, you will be obliged to pay default interest to GfK Hugária Kft. in accordance with the Civil Code. If the invoice is not settled within 30 days of the receipt together with the default interest, GfK Hungária Kft. will exclude the User from its online services, and will use all available legal means to recover the due amount.
